Design & ordering
Is the 3D kitchen design really free?
Yes. Send us your measurements, budget, cabinet style and layout preferences, and our designers plan the room in 3D, help with layout and material choices, and send a quote. There is no charge for the design.
What do you sell?
Ready-to-assemble (RTA) and assembled kitchen and bathroom cabinets, vinyl plank and laminate flooring, plus countertops, faucets, sinks, hardware, tile and lighting from the brands we carry.
What's the difference between RTA and assembled cabinets?
RTA cabinets arrive flat-packed and pre-drilled, with the assembly hardware included, so you or your installer put them together. Assembled cabinets arrive built and ready to install, for a fixed assembly charge per cabinet.
Why are some prices struck through?
The struck price is the list price. The price beside it is what you pay today. Approved dealers see their own dealer price when they are signed in.
Can I see a finish before I buy?
Yes. Order a free sample door for any of our 46 cabinet finishes, or a full-size door. Flooring sample chips are free too. You can also book a visit to the showroom.
Is the countertop offer still running?
Yes. Buy your kitchen cabinets from VIRO and the countertop is complimentary. The offer applies to in-stock granite and quartz only.
Paying & pricing
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer (ACH) at checkout, or ask for an invoice and pay later. The terms carry a convenience fee on card payments and a smaller one on bank transfers; checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.
I buy for my business. Is there trade pricing?
Yes. Contractors, remodelers, builders and landlords can apply for a dealer account. Once approved, your dealer price shows on every product while you are signed in.
Lead times & delivery
How long until my order arrives?
RTA cabinets generally ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Assembled cabinets typically take 20 to 30 business days. Custom Paint Series finishes take 6 to 8 weeks for production and delivery. Flooring ships in 1 to 2 weeks.
How are orders delivered?
We use regional carriers that specialize in cabinets and furniture. Standard delivery comes on a 28 ft box truck with a lift gate, and the order is placed in the first dry, secure area at truck level, usually the garage.
What if my site is hard to reach?
If a 28 ft truck can't get in, you have no garage, there are more than five steps at the entry, or it's an apartment or condo without elevators, choose limited-access delivery at checkout. Remote, ferry-access or out-of-continental-US sites need a special quote. We confirm the delivery charge before your order ships.
Assembly & care
Do RTA cabinets come with instructions?
Yes. They are pre-drilled and include the assembly hardware, and we publish assembly videos for each cabinet type, from base and drawer bases to lazy susans, wall corners and wine racks.
I see hairline cracks in my painted cabinets. Is that a defect?
No. Painted cabinets are made from natural hardwoods and veneers that move with the seasons, which can show as hairline cracks at joints. Grain, mineral streaks, pin knots and seams can also show through the paint, and colors mellow slightly with light over time. These are normal traits of painted wood and are not covered as warranty defects.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Submit a claim with your order number and what happened, and we'll sort out a return or replacement. Returns need written approval first.

When can I visit the showroom?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, by appointment only, at 1950 Walton Road, St. Louis, MO 63114. You can also walk the showroom and our fabrication facility online in 3D.
